Bon Džovi (engl. Bon Jovi) je američki rok bend iz Nju Džersija osnovan 1983. godine.
Vođen od glavnog pevača i tvorca imena benda Džon Bon Džovija, bend je originalno ostvario veliki uspeh 1980-ih kao metal bend. Bon Džovi se dokazao kao puno trajnija od većine grupa tako etiketiranih, spajajući elemente hard roka, her metala, hartlend roka, i stila „MTV Anplagd“ da bi održali komercijalno uspešnu karijeru i duboko u 2000-ima.
Bend Bon Jovi je prodao više od 40 miliona albuma u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama, i preko 120 miliona albuma širom sveta, a svirali su uživo koncerte u većim gradovima u Aziji, Evropi, Australiji, Kanadi, Južnoj Africi, i Južnoj Americi, uz dodatak velikog broja gradova u SAD.

Osnivanje benda
U šesnaestoj godini Bon Džovi upoznaje Dejvida Brajana i osniva 12-člani sastav s njim pod imenom ‚‚Atlantic City Expressway''. Svirali su u klubovima po Nju Džersiju, iako su bili maloletni. Još uvek u tinejdžerskim godinama, Bon Džovi je svirao u sastavu ‚‚John Bongiovi and the Wild Ones'', svirajući u klubovima Nju Džersija kao što je ‚‚The Fast Lane'' i otvarajući nastupe poznatim izvođačima u tom području.
Do leta 1982, završio je školu i radio skraćeno radno vreme, jedan od poslova bio mu je u trgovini cipelama, Džon se zaposlio u Power Station Studios, diskografskom studiju na Menhetnu čiji je suvlasnik bio njegov rođak, Toni Bon Džovi. Jednu noć nakon nastupa, Riči Sambora je pronašao Bon Džovija iza pozornice i rekao mu da bi on trebalo da bude gitarista. Bon Džovi ga je otpisao i nije baš razmišljao o tome, ali rekao mu je da nauči materijal i pojavi se na probama. Sambora je došao ranije i znao je materijal, pa je Bon Džovi bio impresioniran; u tom trenutku, Sambora je postao vodeći gitarista sastava i muzički dinamični dvojac je rođen.
Pre dolaska u grupu, Sambora je putovao na turnejama sa Džo Kokerom, svirao sa grupom ‚‚Mersi'' i upravo je bio pozvan na audiciju za ‚‚Kiss''. Takođe je svirao na ‚‚Message''. ‚‚Message'' su originalno potpisali za diskografsku kuću ‚‚Led Zeppelina'', iako album nikada nije bio objavljen.
Tiko Tores je bio takođe iskusan muzičar, snimao je sa Majlsom Dejvisom i sa Čakom Berijem.
Dejvid Brajan je bio prirodni izbor. Napustio je sastav koji su on i Bon Džovi osnovali i vratio se na koledž na učenje za medicinu. Dok je još bio na koledžu, shvatio je da želi da se bavi muzikom sve vreme, napokon je bio primljen u legendarnu Juilliard School, prestižnu muzičku školu u Njujorku. Kada je Bon Džovi nazvao svog prijatelja i rekao mu da sastavlja bend, a postojala je nada i da diskografski ugovor postane stvarnost, Brajan je pratio Bon Džovijeve tragove.
Džon Bon Džovi (engl. Jon Bon Jovi, pravo ime Džon Fransis Bondžovi mlađi, engl. John Francis Bongiovi Junior), rođen 2. marta 1962. godine u Pert Amboju, u Nju Džersiju, u SAD-u, američki je muzičar (pevač, tekstopisac i kompozitor) i glumac, vođa grupe Bon Jovi.
Bon Džovi je rođen u porodici Džona Fransisa Bondžovija starijeg, frizera po zanimanju, rodom iz Šake u Siciliji, i Kerol Šarki. Ima dva brata, Entonija i Metjua. Nastavu prvog i drugog razreda srednje škole je pohađao u srednjoj školi „Sent Džozef“, u Metačenu, u Nju Džersiju, a potom se prebacio u srednju školu „Sejrevil vor memorijal“, takođe u Nju Džersiju. Bon Džovi je oženjen svojom suprugom Doroti od 29. marta 1989. godine i sa njom ima četvoro djece: Stefani Rouz, Džesija Džejmsa Luisa, Džejkoba Herlija i Romea Džona.
